My Story
Self-belief is the key.
The youngest of 7 children of a blended family… well, it was not an easy path, to say the least. After a broken home and a broken heart I suffered with major anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. My mum had to work to feed us and after being bullied I left school and started work at 15. Uneducated and unskilled, factory work was all I could do or so I thought.
At 18 I decided that my past would not define me.
That is when everything started to change. I knew I wanted to make a difference, so I became a fitness instructor and health coach helping women to change their lives through a positive mind set, good nutrition and exercise. I was committed to self-healing and natural therapies. by empowering them I was in turn empowering myself.
This was my first understanding of the transference of energy.
My library of self help books was growing rapidly and my life was changing every day. A turning point was reading a book by renowned author Dr Wayne Dyer, “You’ll see it when you believe it” .
This was a pivotal moment in my quest for healing and self-realisation. On my 35th Birthday I was gifted a ticket to a metaphysical seminar at the Glass House in Melbourne. The speakers were Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Maryanne Williamson and Deepak Chopra.
On the day of the seminar, during a break, I stood in the queue waiting for Dr Dyer to sign my book. As I approached him, I asked if I could have a photograph taken with him and to my delight he said yes. The rest is history.
After many years of healing myself I knew I would one day be helping others to heal themselves too.
After completing my Reiki Master course with my Spiritual Teacher Reverend Patrica Dorsett I then began 2 years of study in Kinesiology with Kerryn Sedgman. Both women are incredibly gifted souls, I give my love and gratitude to them.
As I continue my journey in helping others heal, I truly believe you’ll see it when you believe it.
I have lived an amazing life full of lessons in self worth and to value self and others. As my journey continues, I am dedicated to helping where I can empowering them with free will and self love.
Healing is a choice, the decision is always yours. Change is possible.

My bodywork is channelled through chi energy carried across many lifetimes and guided by the Sacred Arts and Metaphysical Masters of our time. As your nervous system relaxes and your heart calms, body-held trauma and deeply ingrained childhood patterns begin to release, allowing the cycle of dis-comfort to dissolve.
As a Seichim/Reiki Master and Teacher, ancient wisdoms and vibrational medicine techniques are blended, helping your mind, body and soul to experience deep relaxation.
As an Esoteric Kinesiologist, I can support both emotional and physical healing to ensure optimum health and wellbeing.
As a certified trainer and teacher, I have developed many workshops for self-development and the Sacred Arts of healing. My latest offering is the Sacred Heart of Learning ~ a series of online and face-to-face workshops for individuals wanting to self-heal or help others through service.
